At Glade Optics, we want to ensure your vision is crystal clear on the mountain. If you are not 100% satisfied with your gear, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused products in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in its original hard case and shipping box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
